As a highly specialised operator in the Deaf Arena we deliver deaf confidence training and deaf consultancy that is designed to enable you to have the confidence, awareness and communication skills to offer employment opportunities and equality of service to deaf and hard of hearing people.

Meeting the assistive and communication needs of deaf people is often an area that is neglected by both the employer and the service provider and often results in discrimination.
