As Management Consultants covering disability & equality, Paul and Louise are looking to share their passion, experience and expertise by working with organisations and people to enable them to understand and have confidence in seeking to achieve disability equality excellence within their organisation.

As a freelance disability consultants we also team up with like-minded Equality and Disability Consultants and Associates whenever we are invited to do so. We believe in working in partnership with practitioners who share the same integrity and passion that we have.

Paul A Mouzer

Paul A Mouzer An energetic and passionate person, who prides himself on being an excellent performer and communicator, influencing and delivering to a very high standard.

Born deaf, and then later acquiring visual impairment, Paul is able to offer both the disability and business perspective, allied to the wide experience he has accumulated during his career spanning the public, private and voluntary sectors.

He is proud to be one of only 20 Associates of the world renowned Employers Forum on Disability (the EFD) and is a regularly speaker on matters by Cabinet Ministers, Government, Local Government and various media people.

bluemouse is now his 3rd business and follows on from his two successful national disability consultancies, Mouzer Associates and Pertemps Mouzer.

Paul has achieved a reputation for reducing the complex to simple, he makes people connect and engage with disability and equality matters thus empowering them to play their part, no matter how small, towards making society a place where disabled people can be valued and can have equality of access, services and opportunity.

Over the past 25 years Paul has built up a formidable track-record of delivering consultancy and performance to customers within the public and private sectors large or small.

Qualified and Accredited Trainer.

Qualified Lecturer and Examiner in British Sign Language (BSL).

Louise Thornton

Louise Bethell A dedicated and professional person, who prides herself on being an excellent deliverer in influencing and engaging organisations to provide equality for disabled people.

Louise has worked in the disability arena for 10 years both in the public and private sectors working closely with disabled people.

Through this experience she has gained a knowledge base of disability to help organisations incorporate disability equality through out all their practices, policies and procedures.

Louise’s infectious enthusiasm and sharp analytical mind lends itself to working with people in a team. Her interpersonal skills come to the fore when working with people to acheive objectives.

She gets the job done.
